This site includes a map of the village, a brief description, and a picture or two. Not a lot at present (October 2001) about the history but perhaps they can get Eric Edwards (author of A New History of Flamstead) to add a few pages.
Like the parish council web site described above, this site currently contains little history - but has information about St Leonard's Church including a number of photographs, such as the one above, looking down the nave towards the altar.
