If you can identify the group, and the names of any individuals please tell me.

This early 20th century school group are sitting in front of a board which reads:

Ware Parish C. E. School - Standard III  19 S

 

As can be seen the original of this picture was very faded.

Can you identify any of the pupils, the teachers, or the year?

I suspect that the "19" is for 1919 - but can anyone confirm it?

Boys, Girls & Infants, near the church, built in 1844 & enlarged in 1874-5 , at a cost of £2,000, & again in 1880, at a cost of £500, for 234 boys, 217 girls & 231 infants; average attendance, 233 boys, 172 girls & 193 infants; Arthur J. Barker, master; Miss Louisa Pruden, mistress; Miss Annie Wilkinson, infants' mistress.
