This group of cards were published in sets of 6, with the same back, are signed "F S", and in many cases had a publisher's name printed on the left margin of the back. With the exception of The Law and Jobs - the sets were not republished - suggesting a different publishing arrangement to the cards with other "Inland Postage" backs, most of which were later republished.

The earliest known postal date is June 1906 although most seem to date from November 1906 or shortly afterwards. It is likely that most of this later batch were published over a short period - as some series (especially the Pa's Holiday cards) have few dated examples.  In some sets it is likely that further publisher names are identified.

It seems clear that these cards were printed with the intention of either selling them with no publisher name, or with the "publisher" name added. My current view is that "F S" may have worked for the London View Co. Ltd, who was the UK agent for the unidentified printer in Saxony who actually printed them.

Unfortunately I don't have the thumbs for some of the cards, and in some cases I do not even know the subject. If you can help to fill in any of the missing gaps I will be very greatful.

Additional information such as earlier first posting dates, or other publishers would also be welcome.
