  • Sir Drummond Smith - Died in 1816 but estate stayed with executors. Steward Martin Nockold. House let to Edmund Yates.

  • William Kay – Purchased estate in 1823, Various tenants, William died 1838 leaving estate in trust for his son. Steward J R Glenister. Eventually sold to Lord Rothschild in1872.

  • Joseph Grout was tenant of Tring Park from 1843. Died in 1852 and succeeded by his illegitimate son, the Rev. James Williams
